- ttoadee: Light yellow pour, thin but steady head. Nose is light floral and herbal. Taste is smooth Pils, herbal pop, light grassiness, floral. Mouthfeel is oily and zesty. Finish is medium herbal bitterness. Light yellow pour, thin but steady head. Nose is light floral and herbal.
- BuccanonXC5: Hopped with Hallertau Blanc, Perle, and Saaz. Just the right amount of bitterness to balance out the noble hop flavor and aroma. Poured a medium yellow clear color with two fingers of frothy off-white head. Excellent uneven lacing. Outstanding retention.
- Daniel B: It’s a pilsner but it’s refreshing.
- Kyle: Not great. Not terrible. Clean and crisp but not hoppy enough.
- Wheatlover: Given this is brewed in Texas, it’s a worthy effort. However, it is missing the ”saltiness” of an Italian Pilsner.
