- TJ Turner: Poured a heavily unfiltered black with brown adjunct bits floating around and a tan head. Tasted toasted pecans, sweet molasses, cocoa, and dark chocolate bitters on the finish. Medium carbonation, thick body. Overall balanced, not too sweet.
- John Parrish: Lakewood is one of the MANY beers I miss from back home that I can’t find out here. Their Stouts are a holiday tradition for me.
- Mr. Brew: It is quite expensive but it is a worthy beer to try, especially if you love a good stout or if you’re curious what your neighbors are drinking, as we are.
