Deschutes Brewery’s Fresh Squeezed IPA Profile
- ABV: 6.4%
- IBU: 50-60
- Hops: Heavy blend of Citra and Mosaic.
- Appearance: Hazy, orange weak head that dissipates quickly.
- Aroma: This beer is well-known as a “citrus bomb” but I don’t agree with that assessment.
- Flavor Profile: Prominent notes of grapefruit, orange, mango, and passion fruit.
- Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied and smooth (nothing to write home about).
- Overall Impression: Enjoyed the general profile of this hazy but didn’t find anything that would invite me to add it to my regular rotation. The head, after pour, was minimal. The aroma was average at best, but the beer and hop profile was drinkable.
- Price: $13.99 for a 12 pack of 12oz cans and $20.99 for a 12 pack of 12 oz. cans.
