Founded in 2008 in Broussard, Louisiana, Parish Brewing Co. is a premier Louisiana craft brewery located in the heart of Cajun Country and recognized for innovative, high-quality beers.

Their flagship beers include Canebrake, an American wheat ale brewed with sugarcane syrup and orange peel, Envie, an American Pale Ale described as a “juice-bomb”, Reve coffee stout, and Ghost in the Machine, a popular 8.5% ABV Citra-hopped Double IPA.

West Coast Ghost was inspired by Parish’s Ghost in the Machine and transformed into a traditional West Coast DIPA.
